Good afternoon everybody! We are very excited for the party tomorrow. Wanted to go over a few do’s and don’t do’s for the party.
Firstly, GA tickets will still be available at the front entrance for $20, so bring it on. DD’s/non-drinkers do not have to pay. They will get their own special wristband. No entrance after 4:30pm.
BEERS: We worked hard to get a lot of special beers this year for y’all. We added an extra tap wall and spread everything out throughout the property to help lines move fast. Remember, you get eight 8oz pours, which is a lot of beer, so pace yourself.
Those buying tickets DAY OF: You still get eight 8oz pours. You will receive a pint glass with an 8oz marker line. Yes, you can use 2 of your 8 pours to get a full pint of a year-round brew only, but NOT for barrel-aged or micro seasonal brews. Those special beers are limited and are served 8oz at a time. It’s easy, I promise.
OUTSIDE FOOD/BEV: We will have 3 food trucks: Heim Barbecue & Catering, LUCK at Trinity Groves and Rollin-Stone Food Truck. Coolers will not be allowed on this day, however a water bottle or container for filling up water is suggested. Need to stay hydrated people. There is a free water fountain inside the brewery bar with a Michelob Ultra tap handle. Water bottles will be available at the merch stand (by back grain silo) for $1/each.
DOGS: Dogs are always welcome at Martin House, but they must remain outside of the brewery. We will have pouring stations throughout the entire property so you’ll be able to get plenty of beer.
PARKING – IMPORTANT: Will be tight and will be on a first come, first served basis. We recommend taking an uber/lyft/taxi if possible so that you can have the most fun, while being responsible. There are many parking spots around the neighborhood. Do not park at the Community Center or All Star Party Service lot and please do not park anywhere you see a tow sign. Parking is ALSO available next door at US Draft Co for $5/each. We will have a volunteer at the street directing people to that lot. Their address is 120 S Sylvania. That will fill up.
CHAIRS/TENTS: As usual, these will be allowed. Make sure you have some stakes/sand bags if you so choose to bring a pop up tent so that it does not fly away. Chairs, tables, and tents must remain outside.
RESTROOMS: We added more porta potties this year and spread them out some. Some will be out back in the usual spot by the shipping containers. The others will be in the front lot on the North side.
ENTRANCE LINES: We will start with 2 lines. Prepaid and Day-of (GA). Prepaid ticket holders will have their own line from 12:00pm-1:00pm. After that, it will join the GA line.
PRE PURCHASED TICKETS: Will check in by the last name of who purchased the ticket. We will already have your name/ticket info from online. You can bring your ticket receipt on your phone, but we shouldn’t need it.
LAST CALL: Last pour is 4:45pm. The event will end at 5:00pm.
